A boxing training program must
focus on reactive power, power endurance, muscular
endurance, anaerobic endurance and aerobic
Boxing is unique in that,
unlike in most team and individual sports,
competition events are limited during the year.
The majority of the annual plan is spent on
preparatory training phases planned so that a boxer
is at physical peak for the fight. Amateur
boxing consists of a great number of competitive
bouts in the year, so per iodization of the training
program differs in many ways to other sports.

it’s proven that people who train physically are
happier and have more energy every day all day. The
less energy you have the more you need to train to
instill that energy that we all need desperately to
get thru our long long working days. If you can work
for minimum of 40 hours a week don’t you think that
you can train for a minimum of 3 hours a week?

We prefer to work with an interval training system.
Interval training simply alternates periods of high
intensity work with less intense periods of rest or
recovery. As a result one can perform more high
intensity work than would be possible if you
performed one continuous session.

intensity intermittent training enhances both the
aerobic and anaerobic energy systems
