Female Boxing/ Training
We offer boxing for women that for a long time wanted to start but for some reason or another have not yet started. Our boxing programs are geared specifically to women who want to learn to box, stay fit and become stronger in a comfortable, fun, environment. These programs enable you to lose weight tone up and learn to box with out actually sparring (unless one wanted to take their boxing to that level) Women of all skill and fitness levels are encouraged to participate.
Exercise is not always enough! If you need help with weight loss, we can recommend dieticians. Our staff is available to counsel you on ways to meet your nutritional needs and health goals but are not qualified dieticians. We offer advice about healthy eating, preventive nutrition and lifestyle choices.
Personal Boxing Coaching
